3. Technology of Led Highbay

This reference design uses a vapor-chamber heat sink.

The heat sink has a unique vapor chamber design to enhance the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation. A special liquid is vacuum sealed in a chamber. The heat from PCB causes the liquid to evaporate; the vaporcondenses on the cooler part of the chamber to enhance cooling and collects on the base near the heat sou-rce to repeat the cycle.
