3. Heat Dissipation of Led Highbay

n Air-flow housing design ensures great heat dissipation capacity, even for 300W. 

n External driver with air- flow driver box can ensure the good heat dissipation for driver. UL listed proves that the lamp can operate stably for 5-7 years nonstop, which fulfills the requirements of 5 years or longer warranty. 

n MCPCB board with large scale heat conduction area that prevents LED heat concentrating on board, thus decreases temperature of the thermal grease as well as the LEDs and lowers light decay, which is never seen in traditional LED high bay.

Type A

Installation Step

n  Fix the high bay to installation position with M10 screws ;

n  Adjust the high bay to proper angle (adjustable range -70°~70°) ;

n Connect wires according to identifiers .

Type B 

Installation Size of Led Highbay

Installation Step

n  Hang the high bay on the hook ;

n Connect wires according to identifiers.

5. Packing Method of Led Industrial High Bay Light

n Chainzone’s High Bay adopts shockproof PE foam and carton box as the packing manner which effectively prevent damage on the way of long-distance transport.

Note:

n Power must be cut off before the lamp is installed or the wires are connected;

n Make sure that the local voltage is within the applicative parameters we provide. Otherwise, the lamp might be damaged.

n Insulating treatment must be done to the metal head of the power cable before connecting the wire

n It’s natural that the surface temperature would be higher to some extent while using;

n Do not apply any external force on LED high bay or intentionally drop it;

n LED high bay should be stored in a cool, dry and clean place.
